What you'll do: 

As a Client Servicing Executive at Sandbox, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation of our services. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and drive long-term growth.

In this role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, manage key account metrics, and become a trusted advisor who anticipates and addresses client challenges. Your ability to provide exceptional service and strategic insights will be crucial in driving client success and business growth.

You will be expected to:

  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Be the primary point of contact, fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Drive Client Success and Retention: Ensure solutions are implemented seamlessly, exceed client expectations, and secure return business.

  • Provide Tailored Solutions: Understand client needs and deliver customized, holistic services.

  • Collaborate Strategically: Work with other departments to enhance client satisfaction, identify cross-selling opportunities, and drive business growth.

  • Shift from Single Sale to Account Success: Focus on long-term client success rather than single transactions, ensuring sustained value and satisfaction.

  • Manage Account Health: Proactively monitor and improve the overall health of client accounts, addressing issues before they escalate.

  • Understand Client Needs: Anticipate client needs, proactively addressing challenges and exceeding expectations.

  • Master Key Metrics: Track and analyze key account metrics, providing insights to optimize client success and retention.

  • Craft Winning Proposals: Create compelling proposals that drive client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

You will receive ongoing support to enhance these skills through hands-on training by working alongside a Senior Consultant and continuous coaching from your team members. Additionally, an operations manager will assist in project selection based on your priorities and client needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in client servicing, sales, or a related role & willingness to travel as needed.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate client needs and success metrics.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and foster an inclusive environment.

  • Proficient communication skills in English and local office languages, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent self management
